However, whenever possible, we prefer to use your vacuum and equipment to help maintain sanitation and reduce cross-contamination between properties. We also make an effort to use low-odor, safer cleaning products, but are happy to use any other products that are provided.

Yes, we do! When you set up your online booking, please let us know the name and species of your pet and anything we need to know to make sure our housekeeper know what to so while she or he is in your home.
When you book online or call us, you can select to receive a text message or email before each scheduled service. We typically send reminders one day and two hours before each cleaning appointment.
